Supported by solid, error-less defense and explosive offense, Sophomore Pitcher Andrew Herrmann threw a no-hitter to lead Spartan Baseball past Pebblebrook 16-0 in 3 innings.

The Royal and Silver secured the victory with nine runs in the first inning. The big inning was thanks to singles by Junior Catcher Dominic Rutigliano, Freshman Shortstop Garrett DeHart, and Sophmore Second Baseman Michael Herrmann, a triple by Sophomore Center Fielder Aidan Daly, an error on a ball put in play by Junior Left Fielder Andrew Whitcher, and a double by Sophomore Michael Braswell.

The Spartans got things started in the first inning. Rutigliano singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.

Herrmann got the win allowing zero hits and zero runs over three innings, striking out four and walking one.

The Silver and Royal collected 13 hits on the day. Junior Third Baseman Ethan Mack, Daly, Rutigliano, Herrmann, and Braswell each racked up multiple hits. Mack went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead the Spartans in hits.
