Hello, Spartan Baseball. It was a great Team Only Weekend and kick off to the 2020 season. It’s going to be an awesome year for Spartan Baseball.

In addition, the battle for the 2020 Spartan Cup is in full swing. Team Royal is the defending Spartan Cup Champion and is looking for a 3rd straight title. But, Team Silver made a bold statement over the weekend that they have no intention of allowing a 3-peat for the Royal.

Team Silver was crowned Kings of the Climbing Wall while Team Royal came out on top in the rain soaked battle of the gridiron. Following some incredible on-stage performances and the lip sync competition as well as the Royal/Silver Hardwood Classic, Team Silver leads Team Royal 175 to 100.

It’s a long season…the battle is on!

PRACTICE SCHEDULE:

The practice schedule from now until the start of the regular season Feb 10 will be:
Mon-Thurs: 4-6:30
Fri: 4-6
Sat:11-3

This coming week looks a bit dicey with the forecast of rain. So please be flexible. We will likely have to grab time in our off site indoor facility off S Cobb Dr. just down from Chick Fil A. I will let you know as soon as the decision is made.

One additional reminder, the 2020 Spartan Baseball Parents Meeting will be this coming Wednesday, Jan 15, from 7pm-9pm in the CHS Media Center.
